Having visited my local dealer twice to inquire about downloading a guide for my BMW THREE SERIES, I was told the person I needed to talk to was with a customer I presume and was asked if I’d like to wait, I said no but would return in thirty minutes as I had another thing to do, duly returned as promised, said person was still busy I guess, I was asked by another of there team if I could leave a number and someone would call later, three hours later I’m still waiting.not good BMW.!
