Suzuki Savage Owners Manual
Oxygenated fuel recommendations Oxygenated fuels which meet the minimum octane requirement and the requirements described below may be used in your m/c without jeopardising the New Vehicle Limited Warranty NOTE: Oxygenated fuels are fuels which contain oxygen carrying additives such as MTBE (methyl tertiary butyl ether) or alcohol. Gas containing MTBE Unleaded gasoline containing MTBE may be used in your m/c if the MTBE content is not greater than 15%. This oxygenated fuel does not contain alcohol. Gasoline/Ethanol Blends Blends of unleaded gas and ethanol (grain alcohol) also known as GASOHOL may be used in your m/sickle if the ethanol content is not greater than 10% Gasoline/Methanol Blends Fuels containing 5% or less methanol (wood alcohol) may be suitable for use if they contain co-solvents and corrosion inhibitors. DO NOT USE fuels containing more than 5% methanol under any circumstances, fuel system damage and/or performance problems are likely and will not be covered under their limited warranty. To minimise pollution Suzuki recommend you use oxygenated fuels (ed: yeah right) Be sure any oxygenated fuel has the recommended octane rating If you are not satisfied with the drivability of you m/c when you are using an oxygenated fuel or if engine pinging occurs try another brand as there are differences between brands.
Suzuki Savage 650 Problems
I know I'm brining a post back from the dead here, but I feel a little nervous about giving my credit card info to either of the two websites listed here for DLing the SSM - especially since the users that provided them have under 20 posts. Can anyone verify, perhaps recently, that both of those websites are legit? If not - other sources for an SSM are appreciated, thanks!!
If all you want is the user manual IT IS FREE if you right-click on Owners Manual in the first post by Kropatchek and then 'Save Link As'. That will download the.pdf to your computer. Now if you are looking for a Clymer's detailed repair manual, that's not what this is. You'll have to buy that separately somewhere outside of this thread.
